The Luxury Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a successful sales strategy focused on the luxury market segment, including luxury consortia and VIP leisure travelers, including Penthouse and Specialty Suite guests. The role ensures achievement and overachievement of luxury segment room nights, revenue and suite production, while strengthening the hotel’s reputation within global luxury networks. The position also aligns cross-departmentally to ensure collaboration, employee engagement and performance-driven coaching.
