In this position, you will craft elevated, personalized travel experiences including luxury cruises, curated European journeys, and high-end all-inclusive resort stays. Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable using digital platforms, booking systems, and online research tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Passion for travel, hospitality, and delivering high-touch client experiences
No prior industry experience required; structured training is provided
Must be a citizen of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, LATAM, or Spain.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and investment range
Research premium cruise lines, upscale resorts, boutique hotels, and trusted global partners
Design and present thoughtfully curated itineraries tailored to each client
Coordinate bookings, confirmations, upgrades, and required documentation
Provide attentive, concierge-level support before, during, and after travel
Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration to stay current on industry trends and supplier offerings
