About The Position

This position requires strong analytical and technical skills, including experience working with data analysis tools such as SQL and Power Query, to support data mapping, validation, and migration efforts during mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in systems integration, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience within the lawn care, pest control, or home services industry is highly preferred, as this role benefits from an understanding of industry-specific workflows, customer lifecycle management, routing, and service operations. Working knowledge of core CRMs and operational platforms commonly used in this vertical (e.g., PestPac, Real Green, FieldRoutes, Briostack, or similar systems) is a strong advantage. This is a salaried, non-exempt role offering a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience. Limited travel may be required, typically up to three trips per year to support integration activities.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in systems integration, business systems analysis, software implementation, or technology integration within a multi-system business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting system migrations, integrations, or technology implementations involving platforms such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, financial, or operational systems.
  • Experience working with data analysis tools such as SQL and Power Query.
  • Strong experience documenting system workflows, data structures, and operational processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • Experience working in environments involving business acquisitions, system consolidation, or multi-entity operations is highly valued.
  • Understanding of service-based business models including scheduling, routing, recurring services, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Working knowledge of industry-specific CRM and operational platforms such as PestPac, Real Green, FieldRoutes, Briostack, or similar systems.
  • Experience in the lawn care, pest control, or broader home services industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required. Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.

Responsibilities

  • Support the integration of newly acquired businesses’ software systems into the organization’s national infrastructure.
  • Assist in implementing integration plans and roadmaps developed for each acquisition.
  • Coordinate system configuration, migration tasks, and validation activities during integration projects.
  • Conduct evaluations of software systems used by acquired companies, including CRM, financial systems, HR platforms, and operational tools.
  • Document system architecture, workflows, and dependencies to support integration planning.
  • Identify compatibility challenges and assist in developing integration solutions.
  • Assist with data mapping, transformation, and standardization across systems during integration projects.
  • Utilize tools such as SQL and Power Query to support data extraction, analysis, and validation.
  • Support data migration initiatives while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Work with internal teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies during system transitions.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support integration activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational teams within newly acquired businesses during system transitions.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and newly integrated entities.
  • Support the management of integration timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Track progress against integration milestones and escalate risks or issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed documentation related to integration processes and system configurations.
  • Assist in supporting employees through system transitions following acquisitions.
  • Help develop training materials and documentation for newly integrated teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams adopting standardized systems and processes.
  • Document existing processes within acquired companies and assist in aligning them with national standards.
  • Support implementation of standardized workflows and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration workflows and system efficiency.
  • Contribute to the refinement of integration playbooks and documentation for future acquisitions.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices related to systems integration and data management.
