Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or software engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience required
• Proven experience as a Server Administrator
• Proficient in server configuration and scripting
• Knowledge of Workspace One, Tanium, Jamf, and other server access and security profile configuration software
• Extensive experience with MacOS servers
• Knowledge of server virtualization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution

Responsibilities

• Manage Mac Server administration tasks and maintain servers up to date in compliance with Security Controls and Compliance
• Hands on managing MacOS servers and their patching schedules in a Data Center environment
• Solid understanding of server administration concepts
• Must be familiar with MacOS server scripting and automation of software patch installations and security software updates
• Collaborating with the MacSupport team to understand the server management plan in a DC
• Ensuring servers are running up to security software and OS
• Solid knowledge of DHCP, server IP configuration, and ability to resolve network identification / IP conflicts
• Knowledge of managed OS and software packaging and installation
