In this role, you will design and deliver scalable machine learning solutions that help organizations turn advanced AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Working in a remote, customer-facing environment, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting and communication skills to guide projects from concept through production. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating complex business challenges into robust ML architectures. The position offers exposure to a wide range of use cases, industries, and modern AI technologies, including large language models and MLOps. You will collaborate closely with customer teams and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and adoption. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering real-world impact at scale.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or PhD with 6+ years of experience, in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience architecting and building machine learning solutions in production environments
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, with exposure to GCP or Azure
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and hands-on experience building and deploying ML models
• Experience with modern AI frameworks and tools such as Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, transformer architectures, prompt engineering, agentic systems, and LLMs
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with architectural patterns such as microservices
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience planning ML projects from inception through production
• Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership mindset, and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel as business needs require

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions, from proof of concept through production deployment, using cloud-native technologies
• Architect scalable ML and MLOps solutions across cloud platforms, with a strong focus on AWS and exposure to Azure and GCP
• Lead all phases of ML projects, including problem definition, data preparation, model development, deployment, monitoring, and end-user documentation or training
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Build, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including NLP, deep learning, and large language model–based solutions
• Stay current with emerging research, tools, and frameworks, adapting new techniques to solve real-world customer challenges
• Establish technical credibility by delivering high-quality solutions and building strong, trusted relationships with customers
