This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying machine learning models that process large volumes of complex, unstructured data. The Machine Learning Engineer will work in a small, cross-functional team to deliver AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes. The position involves end-to-end model development, from experimentation and data processing to integration into production systems. Candidates will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust, scalable solutions. Success in this role requires curiosity, technical excellence, and a strong focus on delivering value through AI. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data engineering roles
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace)
• Experience with data processing tools and pipelines (PySpark, AWS SageMaker, FastAPI, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of model deployment, inference, and integration into production systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for processing complex, unstructured data
• Build and maintain robust ML pipelines for experimentation, training, and production deployment

• Ensure models meet performance, latency, and scalability requirements in production environments
• Apply best practices in model validation, optimization, and monitoring
• Explore and implement advanced techniques in deep learning, transfer learning, and model optimization
