Operate and support production equipment to ensure consistent output, quality, and efficiency. You’ll work hands-on with machinery, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain smooth production flow.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and production documents.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
  • Ability to work at a consistent pace while meeting production standards.
  • Ability to work in a powdery or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Training or certification in safe operation of equipment is preferred.
  • 2+ years of machinery operation experience in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Set up tooling and equipment based on work instructions and production requirements.
  • Feed materials into machines and remove finished products.
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
  • Review work orders and shipping documents to guide production tasks.
  • Maintain machines and work areas following preventative maintenance and housekeeping standards.
  • Transport materials and products using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment as trained.
  • Ensure production goals, quality standards, and equipment functionality are met.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to support production success.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
