Operate and support production equipment to ensure consistent output, quality, and efficiency. You’ll work hands-on with machinery, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain smooth production flow.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and production documents.
Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
Ability to work at a consistent pace while meeting production standards.
Ability to work in a powdery or manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Nice To Haves

Training or certification in safe operation of equipment is preferred.
2+ years of machinery operation experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Set up tooling and equipment based on work instructions and production requirements.
Feed materials into machines and remove finished products.
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
Review work orders and shipping documents to guide production tasks.
Maintain machines and work areas following preventative maintenance and housekeeping standards.
Transport materials and products using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment as trained.
Ensure production goals, quality standards, and equipment functionality are met.
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with team members to support production success.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
