As a Machine Operator III at PTI Technologies in Oxnard, CA, you will play a critical role in the production of fabricated sheet metal parts using Punch Presses. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and adjusting manufacturing work instructions, maintaining production records, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently. You will also be tasked with the regular maintenance and repair of departmental machines, analyzing work problems, and assisting team members in troubleshooting issues. A key part of your role will involve setting up dies and materials, operating shop equipment, and coordinating tool maintenance to ensure optimal production schedules. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on process improvements and contribute to staff training, ensuring excellence and safety are at the forefront of our operations.
