About The Position

Join the Selux team as a Full-Time Machine Operator and help build high-end architectural lighting products. This is a great opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment with execellent benefits. Schedule: Monday-Thursday (3-day weekends!) Starting Pay: $18-$20 per hour + shift differential for 2nd Benefits: PTO, paid holidays, 401K + match, benefits package, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Nice To Haves

• Prefer machine shop experience and familiarity with manufacturing and power tools.
• Metal fabrication a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of production equipment including sheet metal punching and forming machines, drilling, tapping, cutting, bending and sanding equipment.
• Operate saws ( band saw, lens saw ) to cut components according to specifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
