Your Role: • Set up and operate a variety of machinery, including stamping, punch presses, and drilling equipment, to produce parts according to specifications. • Perform precision machining operations such as drilling, boring, reaming, milling, and tapping on close tolerance work. • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and minimize scrap. • Operate support equipment such as cranes and assist with material movement and machine adjustments. • Inspect, assemble, and finish parts, including grinding, polishing, and packaging for shipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • At least 4 months to 1 year of related experience in an equivalent machine operation role.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use tools such as gages, calipers, and micrometers.
  • Ability to perform set-ups independently, with minimal supervision, within 4 to 6 hours.
  • Ability to produce quality parts with minimal scrap material.
