We are looking for motivated, reliable team members to join our production operation in McKinney, Texas . In this hands-on role, you’ll help support the equipment, processes, and people who keep our world-class manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow all OSHA and Prysmian safety guidelines
- Report unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors or the safety team
- Support production needs by performing duties assigned by your supervisor
- Maintain consistent, dependable attendance
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity
