Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of Industrial/Mechanical experience.
- Familiarity with automated or robotic equipment.
- An eye for detail, and understand quality control.
- Proven track record of critical thinking and process improvements.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift operator experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Ensure top quality while packaging agricultural components into cases.
- Troubleshoot and operate automated machinery related to packaging.
- Operate aseptic filling equipment for sterile product transfers.
- Perform related preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment including conveyors, tapers,fillers, printers, and safety equipment.
- Keep a clean and organized work area.
