About The Position

We are searching for a Machine Operator for our Automated Weld Lines to join our growing team! Full-time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus! Eligible employees can receive an additional $1 per hour, for every hour worked, in addition to their hourly wages for working their scheduled shift.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn HMI is required
• Ability to Lift 50 pounds
• Flexibility to rotate to a different operation within the facility as needed
• Ability to work overtime on the weekend as business conditions indicate
• Willingness to cross train on numerous product lines
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to communicate with urgency to team leader / supervisor on any nonconforming issues as they arrive

Nice To Haves

• Prior HMI experience is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined is a plus to understand equipment operation

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Human Machine Interface (HMI) to operate equipment and make adjustments as needed
• Ensures quality of product by measuring equipment to ensure proper product specifications are met
• Responsible for visual inspection of welds and cosmetic appearance of product
• Utilizes hand tools to make minor repairs or adjustments, as needed
• Processes product logs to ensure consistency and quality
• May be required to perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
