You will ensure our high-quality products are sliced, weighed, and sealed to perfection. Requirements
- Reliability: Consistent and dependable attendance is a must.
- Coachability: Ability to follow complex instructions and standardized operating procedures.
- Safety Mindset: Commitment to maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Manage and oversee the operational and safety functions of high-end machinery.
- Documentation: Accurately log production activities using our Product Traceability Computer System.
- Physical Excellence: Frequently lift 30-40 lbs. and maneuver fully loaded meat cages and product bins.
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a hazard-free workspace and perform deep-cleaning of machinery using authorized chemicals and required PPE.
- Compliance: Strictly follow all food safety, basic hygiene, and USDA-related procedures.
