Napkin Assistant – Night Shift (6 PM – 6 AM) Location: Oconto, WI Company: Hoffmaster Group, Inc. Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We’re hiring a Napkin Assistant to support our overnight production operations. This is an entry-level, physically demanding, and fast-paced role — ideal for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to grow. Potential to level up to Machine Operator.
Requirements
- No prior experience required — we’ll train you
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be comfortable with physical work including:
- Twisting and turning
- Lifting and stacking
- Operating a pallet jack
- Able to stay on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Remove full napkin bags from the machine
- Stack on skids, label, and move using a pallet jack (hand truck)
- Monitor the machine and clear jams as needed
- Keep pace with fast production output
- Follow all safety, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines
