About The Position

The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of basic automatic and semi-automatic equipment used to label, seal, package, and carton high-quality coffee products. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, food safety standards, and production efficiency.

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Operate labeling, sealing, packaging, and cartoning equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow established procedures for production, packaging, and labeling
• Adhere to GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Food Safety Preventive Controls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and dust-free work environment
• Inspect products at each step of the packaging process for quality defects
• Sort, stock, and pull items using FIFO (First In, First Out) standards
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and minimize waste
• Properly utilize safety equipment and required PPE
• Assist in training new team members as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
