About The Position
We are now hiring Machine operators to join our team at our food manufacturing company in Chanhassen, MN! In this role you will be responsible for various tasks, you can expect to assist with the disassembly and reassembly of production lines to facilitate cleaning and sanitizing equipment. Quality assurance will also be part of your daily tasks to ensure that product that is coming off the line meet the proper quality standards, escalate issues to quality assurance manager and document any findings. Other duties include palletizing, assist with prepping and starting line for the day and supply ingredients to production line to ensure production for the day.
Requirements
- A pre-employment Background Check & Drug Test will be required as a part of the hiring process
- Ability to communicate effectively: Must be able to pass the English screening assessment
- Must pass basic math, reading and perception test.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Constant bending, standing, climbing and twisting is required
- Stand for the duration of an 8 to 12 hour shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be okay wearing PPE (Hair net, safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, etc)
