About The Position

As a Maintenance & Reliability Technician, you'll be a key player in our maintenance team, performing routine diagnostics and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. You'll work across disciplines like Infrared Thermography, Vibration Analysis, and Tribology (oil analysis) to support our reliability goals and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Significant experience with machinery, tools, and their maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical lubrication, oil sampling, and contamination control.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word) and comfort using mobile devices.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions such as standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build effective working relationships.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with machinery or operations (preferred).
  • ICML Certifications (MLT 1 or MLT 2) or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

  • Performing routine inspections and diagnostics using thermography, vibration analysis, and oil sampling.
  • Supporting and maintaining facility criticality assessment documentation.
  • Inspecting equipment and lubrication systems, recording and trending key parameters.
  • Maintaining the lube storage and handling room and properly disposing of used oil.
  • Preventing and cleaning oil spills and leaks.
  • Ordering lubricants and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Installing and maintaining filters, breathers, and other components.
  • Collecting and sending oil and grease samples for analysis.
  • Analyzing lubrication failures and preparing monthly consumption and stock reports.
  • Using lubrication software and being available for on-call support, including night or day shifts as needed.
