Requirements

High School Diploma or GED - Trade school preferred
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CNC grinders, lathes, Bridgeport mills, welders, plasma cutters
Perform tool and die machining using blueprints and precision measuring instruments
Troubleshoot and repair gearboxes, pumps, and production equipment
Refurbish and rebuild tooling for can-making machinery
Measure and calculate raw material requirements
Catalog and organize production tooling for efficiency
Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with strict manufacturing tolerances
Follow lockout/tagout safety procedures
Operate plant equipment such as forklifts, lifts, and booms
