Here are the details on this position.Your role in our mission Help create the power in Gainwell’s processes as we develop purpose-built technologies and solutions that yield better health and human services outcomes. Pick up and deliver mail daily between the post office and client locations using a company fleet van, including multiple client deliveries per day Process incoming mail and scan claims, attachments, and other documents using a Kodak scanner Audit and review claims, manage return-to-sender mail, and request/document claim purges Prepare monthly postage reports for billing and respond to emails from clients and vendors Collaborate with the Data Entry team to ensure proper procedures and perform other duties as needed
