About The Position

The Corporate Services Group (CSG) is comprised of a series of administrative divisions responsible for supporting the operations of one of the nation’s leading regional full-service financial services firms, Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. Responsibilities: The role of the Mail Services Associate is to provide a variety of Mail Services’ functions at Janney’s Philadelphia Headquarters. Essential functions and responsibilities include. Distribute/pick-up incoming and outgoing parcels for floors assigned at Headquarters Process incoming and outgoing U.S. Postal Service and overnight carrier parcels Operate Mail Services’ equipment, including folder inserter and high-capacity postage meter Conduct quality control on all outgoing parcels, client mailings, etc.Handle print job requestsDelivery of paper /office supplies to printer stations Organize coffee supplies in assigned pantries daily Pick up of shredding bins in assigned spaces Support on deliveries of Printer supplies to printer stations Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent education/experience At least one-year related experience in a corporate environment, preferably in Mail ServicesAbility to prioritize and organize work, multi-task and problem solve Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Can demonstrate effective interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively with employees Possess a strong work ethic Able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous labor as needed Ability and willingness to work outside of regular work schedule (occasional only) Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and other specialized software Why work for us? Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent education/experience
