We are seeking a contract Mailroom Facilities Clerk to join our dynamic team onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will contribute to the operations of the Facilities team by opening and sorting mail according to detailed specifications, following compliance procedures with a high level of accuracy. You will search various databases for information, create basic spreadsheets for reporting and tracking, and carefully match outgoing checks to their corresponding envelopes.
