Freshly Printed: The Role You've Been Looking For As a Machine Operator, you will set up, run, and monitor equipment to produce high-quality work while keeping production on pace. You'll play a key role to the team by supporting utility helpers, keeping operations flowing, and stepping in to troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise. From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process Follow all established company and departmental policies, procedures, and production standards Read and evaluate job tickets to determine precise process to be applied (i.e., attached mail, sort and tie, etc.) Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality Perform routine quality checks to ensure every finished product meets standards Support team members on the line to keep operations running smoothly and ensure production is on track Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and keep equipment moving Organize and stage completed work in a clear, efficient, and labeled system Take pride in accuracy, attention to detail, and getting the job done right The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to troubleshoot and fix basic mechanical issues Your Production Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime available All The Good Stuff: Your Benefits Company-sponsored 401(k) Plan with Employer Match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Voluntary Benefits: Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 9 Paid Holidays $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Employee Wellness Program

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
