Mailroom Processing Associate Onsite - Bloomington, MN Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Pay: $17.00/hour, which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying. Job Summary: We’re hiring for a Mailroom Processing Associate! This is a hands-on, onsite role where your primary responsibility will be scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately. You'll work in a structured, team-oriented environment with on-the-job training provided.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (PC navigation, using common software)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to lift 20 to 25lbs
- Ability to follow detailed sorting procedures
- Dependable, organized, and able to stay focused
Responsibilities
- Sort and organize mail by type and destination
- Scanning mail
- Machine operation
- Use basic PC functions to track and manage mail items
- Navigate programs like Microsoft Teams and other internal tools
