THE JOB: We are looking for an experienced restaurant Cook with 2+ years of high-volume production cooking experience to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you'll skillfully apply culinary techniques, maintain a thorough knowledge of food products, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience through your attention to detail and teamwork. Requirements
- 2+ Years of Prior Restaurant Cooking experience in a similar resort setting is Preferred
- Willing to work a Full-Time schedule, 6am-245am with Tues and Wed off, 40hrs per week
Responsibilities
- Skillfully apply culinary techniques while maintaining solid knowledge of food products and menu items.
- Safely identify and use kitchen equipment, restocking supplies as needed.
- Properly label and date products for safekeeping and sanitation.
- Assist kitchen leadership in executing service and ensuring attention to detail in plate presentation.
- Prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups as required.
- Collaborate with the team to meet guest needs and inquiries.
