The AM Cook is responsible for the preparation and execution of high-quality breakfast/ lunch dishes for guests dining in the Main Lodge at the von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort. This position plays an important role in delivering a welcoming and memorable start to the guest experience through consistent food quality, efficient service, and adherence to the Lodge’s culinary standards. The AM Cook works closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure timely preparation of breakfast/ lunch items, maintain kitchen organization, and support a smooth and efficient morning service.
