This Position reports to: Maintenance Supervisor-Weekend Day Shift Job Description: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including servomotors, controls, compressors, and related components. Interpret electrical schematics, operate electrical tools, and research technical information needed to repair new or unfamiliar equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, maintain accurate repair records, and keep the maintenance area organized, clean, and compliant with all safety procedures (including lockout/tagout). Prioritize workplace safety, collaborate closely with machine operators, and support overtime needs to keep equipment running reliably.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred. Alternatively, 2 years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
  • 3+Plus in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, control systems, and PLC troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in reading technical documentation, diagnosing machine issues, repairing heavy machinery, and clearly communicating root causes.
  • Adaptable, organized, able to manage multiple priorities, cross‑train, learn new technologies, and maintain strong professional communication skills.
