About The Position
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Director in ensuring our facility remains in excellent working condition. Your work helps create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the residents we serve.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
- Ability to perform basic repairs and use standard tools

Responsibilities
- Assist with general facility repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Support routine inspections of building systems and equipment
- Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail
- Help maintain grounds, common areas, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility policies
