A day in the life: In the role of Maintenance Associate, you'll be the hero of our distribution center! Your mission: keep our facility and its equipment in tip-top shape, making sure our machinery runs like a dream. With your skills, we'll keep downtime to a minimum and ensure everything operates smoothly and safely. Let's keep the energy high and the gears turning! The impact you'll make: Perform routine maintenance and repairs of the physical premises and equipment. Conduct inspections to identify, address potential issues before they cause disruptions. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure maintenance needs are met promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and any issues resolved. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Who are you: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, Electrical and Industrial or related field Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in building inspections, maintaining equipment Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in electrical, plumbing work, machinery repairs Computer Skills Desired: Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams Preferred Certifications: N/A Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: N/A Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of $31.00 - $41.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
