About The Position

This position is responsible for administering the purchase orders and invoicing for the maintenance department. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Review shop repair orders
  • Verify parts and labor
  • Review purchasing orders for correct count and cost
  • Close out purchase orders and prepare invoices
  • Prepare data entry of repair orders
  • Maintain part inventory
  • Process annual paperwork on trailers for state certifications
