The Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator is primarily responsible for administration tasks related to the maintenance department. These include building out and monitoring the preventative maintenance schedule and monitoring completed work, ensuring documentation is in compliance with FDA and USDA standards, using a CMMS solution. Additional responsibilities include monitoring spare parts stock and ordering replacements, as well as managing onsite inventory and organization, scheduling vendors, and working with the Quality Assurance (QA) department regarding repairs and documentation ABOUT US Northwest Frozen is a Seattle-based, Founder-led, forward-thinking food manufacturing company, dedicated to redefining the culinary landscape with our innovative approach to food production.
