Requirements

  • High School Diploma from an accredited school or Equivalent.
  • 1 years’ experience performing building maintenance, inventory practices, record keeping, and general office practices.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Basic plumbing knowledge and application.
  • Able to complete handyman-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance services as assigned.
  • Conducting daily facilities inspections
  • Performing general building maintenance and upkeep
  • Moving office furniture
  • Room set-up for meetings, etc.
  • Research information for ordering materials and items.
  • Interact with vendors and contractors regarding services and repairs.
  • Operate a variety of office machines such as, computers, copiers, telephones, etc.
  • Makes deliveries and runs errands as needed.
  • Maintain departmental inventories.
  • Act as departmental liaison where appropriate.
  • Assist with organizing internal and external events and meetings.
  • Support mailroom operations.
  • Assist management staff and other departments in completing special projects, as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures relative to employment and job responsibilities.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
