Requirements

Ability to read and understand machine drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, coordination, and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to research and identify correct machine components and vehicle parts.
Experience creating and maintaining maintenance documentation and PM schedules.
Prior and practical experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet systems required.

Responsibilities

Maintain and track preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for all production machines, equipment, and company vehicles.
Create, update, and manage maintenance records, logs, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Read and interpret machine drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
Research and source machine components, replacement parts, tools, and vehicle parts from vendors and suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Assist in developing and improving maintenance procedures, forms, and tracking systems.
Communicate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and vendors regarding equipment needs and repair status.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
