Requirements
- Prior maintenance and custodial experience required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for an extended period of time
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, waiting areas, offices, and showroom floors
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and trash removal throughout the facility
- Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness
- Monitor and restock supplies and report safety concerns
- Assist with lot organization and vehicle presentation as needed
