Maintenance Engineer Weekends - PM Shift
About The Position
We are actively looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer, preferably with previous hotel experience, who is skilled and well-rounded in basic repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, wall repair, hanging vinyl, and painting. Applicant must be able to work PM shifts - scheduled days will be Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays in line with hotel business demands. You will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. This position is part-time. Complete repair tasks as assigned by management and fulfill guest requests in guestrooms and/or public areas of the hotel Report any technical issues and maintenance needs Address guests’ queries (e.g., on additional services) Follow hotel security guidelines
Requirements
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, wall repair, hanging vinyl, painting, etc.
- Ability to complete the physical requirements of the job
- Flexibility to work any days, including weekends
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel experience is a plus
- HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
