In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily maintenance operations, guide a team of technicians, and ensure our equipment, systems, and processes run safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast‑paced production environment while contributing to the success of our high‑quality lubricants operation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Production, Operations, and/or Maintenance
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be flexible to work different shift hours and Saturdays when required
  • Must be available for emergency 'on call' for after hours and weekends when required

Nice To Haves

  • Boilers license
  • Vocational/technical school training in production maintenance/mechanics
  • Experience in planning, prioritizing, assigning, supervising, reviewing, and participating in all tasks related to facility maintenance.
  • Experience managing capital projects, communicating with equipment suppliers and resulting follow-up service.
  • Prefer 5 years' experience in repair and preventive maintenance of plant machinery including packaging and material handling equipment.
  • Working knowledge and experience of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical controls including PLCs and robots preferred.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, steam fitting, and welding preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain plant equipment; troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Plan daily tasks, delegating them to Maintenance Technicians, and ensuring completion.
  • Request quotations for and manage capital projects.
  • Contact and manage contractors as needed.
  • Preventive maintenance on plant equipment, including forklifts.
  • Become member of plant spill team; complete Hazwoper training.
