About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to assist with maintenance projects in commercial buildings. This role focuses on hands-on labor including painting, pulling wiring, and general facility upkeep while working under the direction of a Master Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing physical work in various environments.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance, construction, or general labor experience preferred
- Drywall installation, tape, float experience
- Comfortable performing physical labor and working in confined spaces
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on feet for extended periods
- Steel toe boots required
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
- Must pass a 7-year background check
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screening
Responsibilities
- Assist with painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Help run and pull low-voltage or basic wiring
- Support maintenance and repair projects in commercial buildings
- Work in attics, tight spaces, and on ladders as needed
- Perform general labor and facility upkeep tasks
- Follow direction from Master Technician and adhere to safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
