About The Position

Parking Concepts, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Seasonal full-time Maintenance/Janitorial position in the Anaheim Location location. This is a two month contract with a potential for extension. Immediate Opening TEMPORARY Two month contract (may be extended) Supportive Work Environment Schedule: Monday - Friday / 12:00PM - 8:30PM Pay Rate: $19.00 hourly Job Summary Maintenance is a very important issue. Various maintenance duties need to be performed, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning one restroom, cleaning elevators, stairs, clean stair handrails, maintain equipment to be clear of dust and remove graffiti when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is generally preferred, but not always required.
• Previous janitorial, maintenance, or customer service experience is often expected.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and equipment like floor buffers or pressure washers.
• Time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often required.

Responsibilities

• Walk to entire garage, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors.
• Empty trash cans from every floor.
• Mop elevators
• Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust.
• Remove graffiti when needed.
• Special projects - Deep cleaning
• Various maintenance duties need to be performed, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning one restroom, cleaning elevators, stairs, clean stair handrails, maintain equipment to be clear of dust
