About The Position
An Apartment Make Ready Technician is responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new residents. Cleaning : Ensuring the apartment is clean and presentable, including tasks like vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning. General Maintenance : Performing repairs and maintenance tasks Inspection : Checking all appliances, fixtures, and systems to ensure they are in working order. Repairs : Addressing any issues found during inspections, such as fixing leaks, replacing broken fixtures, or repairing damaged walls. Groundskeeping : Sometimes includes maintaining the exterior areas, such as landscaping and pool maintenance. Documentation : Keeping accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs completed This role is crucial for ensuring that apartments are in excellent condition for new tenants, contributing to tenant satisfaction and retention.
