Requirements
- Mechanical Aptitude: Proficient in operating and maintaining machinery and equipment according to standard procedures.
- Preventive Maintenance: Skilled in performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Capable of identifying and resolving straightforward mechanical issues using established guidelines.
- Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics effectively.
- Safety Compliance: Knowledgeable in adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Effectively communicates and collaborates with team members to achieve maintenance objectives.
- Operational Procedures: Familiarity with standard operating procedures for maintenance tasks and equipment handling.
- Tool Handling: Proficient in using hand and power tools required for maintenance activities.
- Time Management: Efficiently manages time to complete maintenance tasks within designated schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Ensures all maintenance work meets quality standards and contributes to overall work excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Routine Maintenance: Performs basic maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery following standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot Equipment Issues: Identifies and resolves straightforward mechanical problems using established methods and tools.
- Maintain Maintenance Records: Documents maintenance activities and updates logs to ensure accurate tracking of work performed.
- Assist Senior Technicians: Supports experienced mechanics by providing assistance during complex maintenance and repair projects.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Follows safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment during all maintenance activities.
