About The Position

Essential Job Functions: Monitor Office building for existing or potential problems. Utilize several trade skills such as plumbing, electrical, painting, heating and cooling. Responsible for maintenance and repair of buildings. Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and county directives related to building operations and work safety. Repairing the property including: the building mechanical systems, plumbing systems, etc. Ensures all work performed is done according to performance standards and contract requirements and inspects completed work for conformance to said specifications and standards. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of office complex and skill required for HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, knowledge of gas appliances and heating repairs, replacements.
• Typical industry tools required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Rotating 12 hour shifts.
• Must be able to work after hours, nights, weekend shifts and holiday as needed
• Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
• Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

Nice To Haves

• HVAC Certification preferred
• EPA refrigerant certification preferred
