About The Position

Full-time Maintenance Position in our Maintenance Department. Full-time benefits: IPERS, Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and PTO and Sick time accrual begins first day of employment. This position requires installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing, and HVAC systems. Must have the ability and experience to perform specialized maintenance and repair functions throughout the facilities on all types of equipment and electrical systems. Studies blueprints and diagrams to know layout, location and specification of items to be installed, repaired, or serviced. Trouble shoot various problems. 4. Shovel snow from sidewalks and parking lots and salt icy spots when needed.
