About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to carry out maintenance operations during the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and possess expertise in various maintenance trades. This role requires proficiency in electrical, HVAC systems, plumbing, compressed air, snow removal & landscape management, security, and fire protection systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance trades is preferred.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Extensive experience in maintenance operations with a focus on electrical
- Proficiency in assembly environment, HVAC systems, brazing, welding, plumbing, and compressed air.
Nice To Haves
- Planning, scheduling, ordering
- Experience with working overhead on all utility systems.
- Experience on forklift, scissor lift, and boom lifts.
- Plant equipment installation and rearranging.
- Strong soft skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude.
