Reporting to the Maintenance Manager at our Indianapolis, IN bakery plant, local producers of Marie Callender’s pies, you will plan and schedule all plant maintenance activities including the coordination of preventive, planned, and un-planned maintenance. Analyze all planned change parts and make recommendations for Preventative Maintenance changes. Ensure functional standards are maintained between maintenance, accounting and production departments along with accountability of external vendors. Guide communication between the production, engineering, and maintenance departments. This position will be responsible for providing direct oversight, administering discipline, and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures across their respective teams. Ability to cover supervisory roles during absences to include off shift and weekend coverage
