About The Position

This role is critical in ensuring strict regulatory compliance with the State of Colorado’s environmental standards and maintaining operational excellence across our rotating equipment fleet. Primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors for the department. High level data integrity, compliance reporting, and cost tracking for rotating equipment assets across the RBU.

Requirements

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Spotfire, SAP, Power Apps, Drone Deploy, ACTS, SiteView, EAM, CMMS, ISNetworld, iProcurement, Smart by GEP, ADP, Osi Soft and iSupplier.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of financial invoicing with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, record and report weekly data collection from multiple vendors for catalyst compliance required by the state of Colorado; QA/QC a significant number of data points weekly.
  • Create and manage work orders in EAM for emissions testing and out-of-spec catalyst conditions.
  • Partner with the Air team to review and report historical maintenance records for Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment record requests.
  • Conduct quarterly audits for potential missing or inaccurate catalyst data points.
  • Review hundreds of third-party emissions reports annually and compile records of key results.
  • Maintain and update all rotating equipment inventory in SiteView and ACTS.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory & Air Permitting on updating of over 1200 rotating equipment assets in multiple systems.
  • Process ~12,000 rotating equipment invoices per year and reconcile AFE project costs.
  • Track and report monthly LOE and OpEx for stakeholders that exceed $100MM annually.
  • Coordinate with supply chain management team and ~40 vendor accounting departments weekly to optimize financial workflow operations.
  • Extract compressor KPIs from vendor portals to support performance reporting.
  • Provide analytical trend charts on runtime and downtime of engines.
  • Support compressor alert notifications for multiple departments.
  • Responsible for gathering information on year-end greenhouse gas emissions for tax reporting.
  • Facilitate quarterly Production Ops meetings with BU managers and supervisors.
  • Maintain and file in-house maintenance inspections.
  • Update and maintain vendor rosters with personnel and their experience in the industry.
  • Compile monthly fuel meter data volumes for the measurement team.
  • Schedule monthly vendor meetings and prepare presentations for them.
  • Send out decom schedule information to the team for upcoming removals for rotating equipment.
