About The Position

Responsibilities: Issue out parts to mechanics in EAM and have a work order number. Track all inventory leaving tool room - follow mechanics in the shop or get parts for them and write down what was taken. Print work order packets for maintenance team Release pick tickets in EAM and fill pick tickets for maintenance Cycle counting as needed. Make correction, print out and turn into Purchasing Manager. Prepare items to be shipped out to other plants Clean and organize inventory room. Place newly received parts in its appropriate place Correct any inaccuracies found in EAM - Print out and turn into Purchasing Manager. Reach out to suppliers to resolve any receiving issues or discrepancies (Dataserv). Research overdue parts. Makes corrections in Oracle and EAM for items received or counted incorrectly. Create requisitions and purchase orders for parts. Able to assign a new part to a location. Receives orders in Oracle from the plant. Prepare items to be shipped out for repair and return. Keeps track of repairs and lead times for orders. Completes the processes for repair and return items. Posting Procedures: All plant openings will be posted internally, unless superseded by a business need.
