Arconic is currently in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Aluminum Extrusion (AEX) business unit in Lafayette, IN. This position is a night shift, 6pm - 6am, on a rotating schedule. Requirements

• Strong background in equipment maintenance.
• Proven team leadership skills.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure equipment maintenance is performed efficiently and effectively.
• Supervise maintenance team members and provide guidance and support.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes.
