Requirements

• At least 3 years in the apartment industry
• At least 3 years in a maintenance leadership or supervisor role
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• A solid understanding of Fair Housing requirements
• The ability to train, guide, and encourage a maintenance team
• Pride in providing safe, well-maintained homes for residents

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification
