The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise staff and perform and supervise technical repairs and complex maintenance tasks, including repairs, refurbishing, equipment installations and similar projects for Stonegate and the Pavilion, related buildings, furnishings, and equipment. Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED required.
  • Five to seven years of journey-level experience in construction and/or maintenance work, including two years of experience in a specialty building trade and as a lead person or supervisor; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience with the operation and repair of building HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience with housekeeping and janitorial tasks and standards.
  • Experience with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
  • Valid CDL Driver's License or obtain within first 6 months.
  • Flu vaccination required during flu season.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical or trade certification preferred (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, facilities management).
