About The Position

Wally’s is looking for dependable team members to join our Grounds & Maintenance Crew. This role focuses primarily on keeping the outside of our property clean, safe, and looking great for guests.

If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, operating equipment, and seeing the results of your work every day, this could be a great fit.

Our maintenance team helps make sure Wally’s always delivers the clean, welcoming experience travelers expect.

Requirements

• Like working outdoors and staying physically active
• Take pride in keeping things clean and organized
• Are dependable and show up ready to work
• Can work independently but also help the team when needed
• Are comfortable using tools or equipment (we’ll train you)

Nice To Haves

• Previous maintenance, janitorial, or grounds experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, and fuel areas clean and safe
• Emptying trash and keeping outdoor areas organized
• Maintaining the fuel pump and canopy areas
• Helping with snow and ice removal in winter
• Operating equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and utility vehicles
• Supporting the team with deliveries, stocking, or projects when needed
• Helping keep maintenance tools and supply areas organized
